Worst service rude staff and owner and forced to pay extra for the room

Worst service . Book for 5 rooms but forced us to pay for 6 room .Room cost while booking said 2500 but during checkout owner Agrwal denied and behave rudely and forcely said to pay 3500 per rooms .During stay poor room service by their staff , each time need to call for room cleaning of dirty dishes but never respond even delivering the food was always delays need to call 3- 4 times . Food quality was also very poor. I don't recommend anyone to stay this hotel and I never want to do any business with this hotel in future.

The arrival itself gave me bad feel bad still I dared to checked the room and other things. The rooms AC was not functional properly bathroom was not up to the mark. Tv setup was not recharge. WIFI was just for namesake. Breakfast was hours late. Lastly I have been asked to either change or checkout the room at 11:30 AM as this was the premium room they have which is already booked for today for marriage. Paid full though but worst experience. I definitely not recommend this.

We ate at the Sapphire Grand Hotels restaurant for a late dinner. Food was good, service was excellent. We were the only people in the restaurant, so we were worried at first, but it turned out well. It was very close to our hotel, just down the street.

The rooms are bad, as a couple we had only one towel, there was no shampoo or soap and there was no cold water to shower. Staff ring the belt of the door and if you don't answer they get inside the room even if you are naked. Moreover, they are unfair with pricing, saying first a price, including breakfast, and then the day after they added a 25% taxes claiming the breakfast was not included. Also the water they brought us that should have been included was charged the day of the departure. Finally we paid as much as in a hotel in the USA, but for a way worst product.

Very good and spacious room, facilities in room are AC, Fridge and Beverages, room service is good. This hotel is located in the Posh location of Varanasi, where you will find many more hotels. Staff is friendly, and professional, One thing for sure, it is safe for family also...
